Graduated in 1994 (magna cum laude) in international law at Milan University and admitted to the bar association of Milan in 1997 has been working with Santa Maria law firm since 1994. Experienced in international contracts and in Italian and International litigation, arbitration included, has also given an effort to the realization of the book “Liberalization of services of general interests under EU laws”, Giappichelli edition, with the chapter “The liberalization of postal services”.
